Spring Shivers

Spring is a cold time of year to be learning to swim. We can have crystal clear sunny days with glass like water to swim in - but it is still a bit chilly. We can practise in these cool temperatures, but we have to keep moving and take extra care not to stay in the water too long.

I can adapt sessions to work on your specifics and we can spend up to 25min in the water depending on your abilities.

Sessions available on Tuesdays , Thursdays & Weekends

Location TBC tide and weather determined often Hope Cove, North Sands, Thurlestone or Torcross beaches

45 minute session including briefing and debrief up to 25-30 minutes in the water depending on your level of warmth! We can rearrange if bad weather gets in our way.
