Long Distance Coaching Swim

An epic 5km tidal assisted river swim with professional coaching along the way. We will swim the Avon river (known as the Swoosh) from Aveton Gifford to Bantham Beach, with the aim to improve your technique, performance and stamina and give you the right skills and techniques to perform for your long distance swimming (and to enjoy that amazing swimming spot).
